From AGM2006:
Donald and his line be made KingOfInterface. As our Constitutional Monarch, Donald will have no powers whatsoever, but will be a most appropriate figurehead, and also have to keep our servers running forever. His Majesty will, however, be exempt from the annual membership fee. (Also see the amendment to the Constitution.)
This was NOT the wording used for the motion passed at the AGM. Please correct. Or make the servers need less running

From ExecMeeting20061108:
- Something (e.g. running SFD events, LAN gaming event, talk, etc.) can be done in the club's name without a full exec meeting if:

- at least 4 exec members approve (this may include the person asking for approval)
- it does not contradict the stated aims of the club
- Exec. meetings must be announced to the announce mailing list 1 week in advance.
- Elections shall be held as follows:
- Positions shall be elected in the order: President, Vice-president, Treasurer, Secretary, general exec members
- Elections shall take place by open ballot, candidate present, show of hands.
- Members may vote for as many general exec. members as they want, but must only make a single vote for named positions.
- Nominations can change at any time prior to voting.
- Candidates must be willing to stand.
- Candidates can vote for themselves at any time.
- In the event of a tie, we will keep repeating votes (for tied candidates) to break the tie.
