Signatories
Stephen: spoke to Alex, 3 current signatories (Alex, Donald, ?Richard). Alex went to bank, gave documentation, and bank allowed signatories to be changed. May need Alex / Donald to attend as well.
Stephen: doesn't think that he should be a signatory, as not ordinarily done. Jessica: All other clubs attended, treasurer has been a signatory. Stephen: will be a signatory if we think that is appropriate. Jessica: We should have president, secretary, treasurer as signatories. Stephen: Should get this done, as there are now two things we need to get money for.
Proposal: Secretary, Treasurer and Club president become signatories for the bank account.
-- Proposed by Stephen, Seconded by Constantine -- Passed unanimously
Things agreeed to be done from previous meeting
Jessica: re: library stocktake, Manjula, Jessica have agreed to meet in Memphis tomorrow
David: re: re-keying, had been done, 2 keys held by Donald and MCS office. University charges $20/key
Steve arrived 1847
David: We don't currently have a primary sysadmin Jessica: MCS office keeps their key, give key to treasurer (Stephen) Jessica: Should copy another key, give to primary sysadmin Constantine: Third key would be a good idea Donald: We should work out how the sysadmin stuff will happen first
Proposal: Give keys to MCS office, treasurer. When we have a primary sysadmin, will decide whether or not to copy / give key to them.
-- Proposed by Jessica, Seconded by Constantine -- Passed unanimously
Donald gives his key to Stephen
David: re: network access, etc. MCS provides service for Interface, not Donald. Spoke to Alex, he mentioned that a dialogue would not be necessary.
Jessica: Might be friendly for primary sysadmin to talk to programmers. Steve: Better to create good relationship before we need something.
No additional business
