• What can be done in the club's name without formal exec approval?

  • AndrewWalbran suggests: Something (e.g. running SFD events, LAN gaming event, etc.) can be done in the club's name without formal exec approval (i.e. at an exec meeting) if

    1. it will not cost the club anything
    2. details are posted to the organisation mailing list
    3. at least two exec members approve (this may include the person asking for approval)
    4. no members object within 4 days of the post to the mailing list
  • Richard Hector suggests:
    1. it does not contradict the stated aims of the club (should be top of the list?)
    2. it does not significantly deviate from the traditional activities of the club
• How should we deal with deadlines for forms and such?
• How should we run elections?
