PRESIDENT'S REPORT
The club had 24 members in 2009. We have been unsuccessful at attracting new members, and the majority of our existing members are now no longer students. This dramatically reduced attendance at weekly social meetings.
Since the 2008 AGM, there have been a few minitalks run by members and non-members. The IOpenCd was again updated for this year. We attended Clubs Week. We assisted in a LAN, and ran a Geocaching event.
Our servers have undergone extensive overhaul and maintenance, thanks to our sysadmins. Some interface services disappeared due to lack of use, while the majority were retained. Some old hardware was disposed of at eDay.
This year the club will need new leadership and direction if it is to be successful.

There is approximately $500 in the bank account, but we do not currently have access to the account. The current value of club assets is unknown.
